How to delete

• In the app: Me → Delete account.
• On the web: log in on this page and tap the button below.
• Can’t log in any more? Write to us from Help & support with your phone number.

What gets deleted

• Your phone number and name are erased right away, and you are logged out everywhere.
• Your support messages are deleted.
• Order and payment records are kept without your name or phone number, only as long as Indian tax law requires.
• You need to collect or cancel orders still in progress first. Seller accounts are closed by our team via Help & support.
